1. Service Area
We offer nationwide shipping across Bangladesh. We categorize our delivery zones as follows:
- Metropolitan Area: Inside Dhaka City Corporation.
- Rest of Bangladesh: All areas outside Dhaka (including divisional cities, districts, and upazilas).
2. Order Processing Time
The processing time refers to the time it takes for us to verify your order, package the items, and prepare them for dispatch.
- Standard Processing: All orders are typically processed and handed over to our delivery partner within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Fridays and public holidays).
- Order Confirmation: Orders will only be processed after successful confirmation via phone call or email.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times are calculated from the day the order is dispatched (after processing).

4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on your delivery location (Zone).
- Metropolitan Area (Dhaka): 60 BDT
- Rest of Bangladesh: 120 BDT
- Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders above 3000 across Bangladesh.
5. Delivery Procedure (Cash on Delivery – COD)
For Cash on Delivery orders, please ensure the following:
- Payment: Please keep the exact change ready, as the delivery agent may not carry change.
- Verification: You are permitted to verify the item for damage or incorrect product before making the full payment. Once payment is made, our standard Return and Refund Policy applies.
- Receipt: Always take the delivery agent’s receipt or confirmation slip.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS containing:
- The name of the courier company.
- Your unique tracking number.
You can use this number on the courier company’s website to track the status of your shipment.
7. Missing or Lost Packages
If your package tracking information shows delivery but you have not received it, or if it is significantly delayed beyond the estimated time:
- Please check with neighbors or family members who may have accepted it.
- Contact our Customer Service immediately at info@bestdealsbd.com. We will liaise with our delivery partner to locate the package as quickly as possible.
