1. Eligibility for Return
You may initiate a return for your purchased item(s) within 30 calendar days from the date you received the delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging with all protective materials, tags, stickers, and manuals intact.
- The product must not be marked as “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
- The item must be returned with the original invoice or proof of purchase.
2. Items Exempt from Return
For reasons of hygiene, safety, or product type, the following items generally cannot be returned:
- Clearance or Sale items (unless damaged upon arrival).
- Intimate apparel, innerwear, or swimwear.
- Cosmetics, perfumes, and health supplements (if the seal is broken).
- Perishable goods (e.g., food items).
- Digital or downloadable products.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return process, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: In your request, please include your Order Number, the Name of the Item you wish to return, and the Reason for the Return (e.g., received wrong size, defective item, change of mind).
- Return Confirmation: Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send or drop off the product.
4. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Company Error: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the entire return shipping cost.
- Customer Error (“Change of Mind”): If you are returning the item due to a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or any reason not attributable to a fault by Best Deals BD, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
- Processing Time: If approved, your refund will be processed within 30 business days after the returned item reaches our facility.
- Refund Method: The refund will be credited back to you via:
- Original Payment Method: If the order was prepaid (e.g., Card, Mobile Banking), the amount will be reversed to the source.
- Bank Transfer/Mobile Wallet: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or a nominated mobile financial service (e.g., bKash, Nagad).
6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or damaged item, or if you simply need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange based on stock availability. Please mention your request for an exchange when initiating the return process.
7. Missing/Delayed Refunds
