  • Delivery Process: Products are delivered across Bangladesh using recognized third-party courier services (e.g., Steadfast, RedX, Paperfly, Sundarban Courier).

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery times provided at checkout are indicative only. Delays may occur due to weather conditions, political disruptions, courier delays, or peak holiday seasons.

  • Inspection upon Receipt: Customers are required to inspect the physical condition of the package upon delivery. In the case of Cash on Delivery, please ensure payment is handed over to the delivery partner as agreed.

5. Return, Replacement, & Refund Policy
